Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sticky Notes application for Mac, iPhone and Android (the "App"), provided by Anda Tech Solutions S.R.L. ("we", "us", "our"), Bucharest, Romania. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal or internal business use, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the notes and content you create in the App ("Your Content"). We claim no ownership over Your Content. Because the App stores Your Content on your device and in your own Google Drive, you are responsible for it and for maintaining appropriate backups. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the right to store it.

4. Third-party services

Syncing relies on Google Drive and Google Sign-In. Your use of those services is governed by Google's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or data handling of Google's services, or of the app stores through which the App is distributed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent permitted by law; (c) resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App; or (d) interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems related to the App.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that syncing will always succeed, particularly where third-party services (such as Google Drive) are unavailable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anda Tech Solutions S.R.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and your mandatory statutory consumer rights are not affected.

8. Data loss & backups

While the App is designed to sync reliably, you are responsible for keeping your own backups of important content. We are not liable for any loss of Your Content, including loss caused by outages or changes to Google Drive or your Google account.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete it at any time. We may suspend or terminate the licence if you materially breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 3, 6, 7 and 10) will survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects those rights.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
