Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Anda Tech Solutions S.R.L. ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Bucharest, Romania, handles information in connection with the Sticky Notes application for Mac, iPhone and Android (the "App").

The short version: Sticky Notes has no servers of its own. Your notes live on your device and are synced through your own Google Drive. We cannot see, read, or access the content of your notes.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for any personal data described below is Anda Tech Solutions S.R.L., Bucharest, Romania. You can reach us at contact@yallahop.com for any privacy question or request.

2. How Sticky Notes is built

Sticky Notes is a "serverless" app. There is no Sticky Notes account and no Sticky Notes backend that stores your content. Everything you write is:

stored locally on your device, and
optionally synced to a folder inside your own Google Drive, which only you control.

Because of this design, we never receive a copy of your notes and have no technical ability to view them.

3. Information the App handles

Your notes and checklists. Titles, lines, colors, checkbox states and timestamps. Stored on your device and, if you enable sync, in your Google Drive. Not transmitted to us.
Google sign-in & Drive access. If you choose to sync, the App uses Google Sign-In to obtain your permission to store its files in your Drive. The App requests a limited Google Drive scope and only reads and writes the files it creates for Sticky Notes. Access tokens are stored securely on your device and are not shared with us.
Purchases. The one-time unlock and free-trial status are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Those platforms handle your payment details — we never see your card or billing information. We only receive confirmation of whether the unlock has been purchased, which is stored with your notes (in your Drive) so all your devices recognize it.
Diagnostics & analytics. The App does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.

4. Google API Services — Limited Use

Sticky Notes' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Drive data accessed by the App is used solely to provide and improve the note-syncing feature that you request, is not transferred to others except as necessary to provide that feature or as required by law, and is never used for advertising.

5. How your information is used

Information handled by the App is used only to:

store and display your notes on your devices;
sync your notes between your devices through your Google Drive; and
recognize your one-time unlock across your devices.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

6. Sharing

We do not share your notes with anyone — we cannot, because we do not have them. Your data is processed by Google (Google Sign-In and Google Drive) as part of the sync feature you enable, under Google's own privacy policy. Payment processing is handled by Apple or Google.

7. Data retention & deletion

Your notes remain in your Google Drive until you delete them. When you delete a note, the App marks it as deleted, syncs that change, and permanently removes it after a short grace period (about 30 days) to allow the deletion to propagate to your other devices. You can also:

delete the App's data folder directly from your Google Drive at any time, and
revoke the App's access to your Drive at any time from your Google Account permissions.

8. Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR, including the rights to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Because your note content lives in your own Google Drive under your control, you can exercise most of these rights directly. For anything else, contact us at contact@yallahop.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Romania, the ANSPDCP).

9. Children

Sticky Notes is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and post the updated policy on this page. Significant changes will be highlighted where practical.
